The girls are very sweet and kind. They make sure everything is OK with what you are doing. It was very easy to get on the schedule which is very important when you're going twice a week for months.

Facility was very clean and modern. Personal are knowledgeable, attentive and listened. I was placed on a set of exercises that addressed my problem and worked with me until I understood how to do them. My hip pain is greatly reduced.
