Body fat is lowest & I’m stronger than I’ve ever been, thanks to Tyler. He definitely is the one to sign up with to reach your fitness goals.

I have been in the fitness industry and a coach myself for over 10 years and Tyler is as good as they come. He made my contest prep easier than any prior year I have done on my own. He made the most accurate changes to my nutrition to ensure that I FELT my best during the entire prep. He values the individuals overall health versus just getting you in shape. After competing for 12 years, one show with Tyler, prepping for the biggest professional natural bodybuilding competition in the nation, I finally brought my very best. I received 2 months of nutrition coaching with Tyler as a gift for Christmas and it was once of the best gifts I’ve ever received. I enjoyed working with him so much for those 2 months that I decided to continue with him afterwards.

To give a bit of background, I train powerlifting / strongman 4-5 times a week and have a bit of experience dieting and counting calories Even though I’ve had some success losing weight, I’ve always felt like it was never as efficient as it could possibly be. Tyler changed that. I went from 167 to 151 on a cut, maintaining almost all of my strength (and improving even on some lifts) throughout the entire cut. I could finally see my abs! My only regret is that I hadn’t started with him sooner. Tyler is incredibly easy to work with, responsive, and full of knowledge when it comes to nutrition. His positiveness and encouraging attitude has made it a great experience for me. The benefits I’ve reaped from working with him is immense and I would highly recommend him to anyone, whether you are new or somewhat experienced in dieting.

Tyler was invaluable in my competition prep. I never competed before to use a prep coach but I wouldn't have been able to get to this level without his help. He kept in touch and kept me accountable. This is the leanest I've been in my life and my waist is so small right now using 30 inch waist pants. I haven't had my waist this tight for many years! Not to mention this prep hasn't been brutal like I was assuming it would be. Tyler's prep is with flexible dieting, I can eat foods that I enjoy and still get lean! Tyler's coaching is top notch!
