Came in for a quick consultation which turned into my first-ever laser hair removal appointment. Lani did wonderful at explaining all risks, benefits, and alternatives to electrolysis and convinced me that laser hair removal was likely my best option.
Her and her staff are very professional and friendly and she does a fantastic job at ensuring I am as comfortable as possible during the entire process. I never left with a question unanswered or a process unexplained. She cares about her patients and works towards PERMANENT solutions instead of keeping you coming back for the rest of your life. Her passion and focus are on results, and she is very knowledgeable on the science and expectations of her treatments.

I was embarrassed when I made my first laser hair removal appt, but I was instantly made to feel at ease when I arrived. Lani started my treatment and I have worked with Madison since. The BEST hair removal place period! Lani and her staff (Erica and Madison) are pleasant, knowledgeable, and a joy to do business with! I've been going to Lani for just over a year and half for electrolysis work and couldn't be more happy with my results!
