3 generations of my family have now been with Tammy White’s office. I don’t think we’ll ever use anyone else!!! The service provided by her office is top notch. During these trying times I’ve worked with Anna over the past year, she has gone above and beyond to make sure I’ve been able to get the assistance and service I need with ease. I've had a great experience with Tammy White Agency - specifically Ms. Anna White. Moved from Geico in Dec 2020. I was first contacted by Ms. Anna White several months ago and we kept in touch, on and off, until I finally switched. Very responsive, knowledgable, patient, tailored quotes... and most importantly, local.

Rachel has been amazing with assisting me transitioning my insurance to State Farm. There was incorrect information from my previous insurance company and Rachel went above and beyond with offering alternatives to resolve. She was patient, knowledgeable of the process and provided follow ups each step of the way. I expressed I was a prior State Farm client and in her Welcome email, which I'm sure is a template, she tailored it to indicate that I was a returning client. It's the small details that stand out the most to me. I have not interacted with Tammy, but judging by her staff (Rachel) I am sure I would receive the same commitment and professionalism! I had been with USAA for a number of years when I met Tammy White the owner of a State Farm Agency. I spoke to her about insurance and realized I needed more than a customer service rep on an "800" number. She immediately looked over my current coverage for personal and business and gave me recommendations to make sure I was properly covered. Because she knows her clients and understands their needs, I completely trust her with her advice. Okay . . . yes, she was competitive too -- but, honestly, it would be to my benefit to pay a little more and have Tammy as my trusted advisor. She is not an 8-5 call center person (not that there is anything wrong with that), she is involved with her clients and knows what it takes to be smartly covered. And, I love that if I have any questions or needs (like when a curb pulled off my car's bumper and didn't need to claim it, but needed to go to someone she trusted) she answered the phone on a Saturday afternoon and knows people in my area. I completely trust and respect that she is always looking out for me. I think she does such a great job that I recommend her constantly. I love that she cares and is there, if needed. I can't say enough wonderful things about Tammy White at State Farm Insurance!
