  Cynthia Stevens was a great representative for Help U Sell for our home in Gilbert, AZ. Her knowledge was so helpful for us from beginning to end. We were so fortunate to sell our home in 1 day & RECIEVED OVER ASKING PRICE!!!! Cynthia kept us informed through our whole process of the closing & on how to complete the following 30 days after our offer. I would definitely have Cynthia Stevens with Help U Sell be our Realator again. She was great.

  Patti has been are realtor for many years, both buy and selling. She listens carefully to your needs and wants, and always does her best to meet those expectations. I highly recommend her in today's complicated and challenging real estate market

  We originally found Patti through a recommendation of a family member and we are so glad we trusted their advise. Patti went above and beyond in every situation; she explained every step thoroughly, found us amazing contractors to do our inspections, and made sure that the seller did everything they had agreed to all while dealing with a less than responsive listing agent. Patti made this experience not only painless but fun. Towards the end of the transaction we had to head out of state to get out of our house there and Patti handled everything for us while we were gone. We were able to take care of everything there all while having no worries that everything was being handled back home, which was such a huge relief! We couldn't have asked for a better partner in this journey than Patti and will recommend her to any and everyone looking for a realtor!

  My experience with Help-U-Sell Central Properties in Chandler, AZ was excellent and exceeded my expectations. Ms. Cynthia L. Stevens is the designated Broker and Realtor that I had the opportunity and pleasure to work with when selling my home in Phoenix, AZ.
  
  From the beginning of preparing my home for sale to after my closing settlement, Ms. Stevens was extremely courteous in providing exceptional customer service, very responsive and always readily available via phone or e-mail to answer any of seller related home sale questions and concerns. Ms. Stevens is a subject matter expert in her field. For example, Ms. Stevens was able to have my home under contract in 4 days and with her assistance I saved a total of $4,796.50 at closing.
  
  In addition, Ms. Stevens was very helpful and instrumental in having me obtain additional cost savings and incentives because my home was previously listed as a rental before placing it for sale. As a result, Ms. Stevens negotiated with the Title Company for an investor rate for my title fees and escrow fees. Thus, all together an additional savings in commissions and title fees close to approximately $6,000.00.
  
  As a result, I would definitely recommend Help-U-Sell Central Properties in Chandler, AZ to anyone who would like a streamlined, stress-free and professionally conducted full-service home sale or needing real estate expertise in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
