  Drove up to speak with a rep and they had just closed their lobby hours, as I was snapping a picture of their updated hours Zaira R. Asked me through the mic if I had questions. She could have brushed me off not made the attempt or not even answered my questions but she took a couple minutes after they were closed to still help me out #ClassyFriend! She gave me WF App tech help, but I had scheduled an appointment to reach out to a banker for some other stuff and then about 30 minutes later another awesome rep Twee or Thana-Thuy N. called me to see if she could help me and answered my questions and reached out to another colleague for guidance too just to make sure I was helped to the max. Not the personal outcome I was looking for but I respect the great customer service they all provided!

  Nothing but great service! Needing to talk with a person to help you solve your complicated mess, see them. Ms. Rivera (Dora) and several banks (Favio, Jordan and Twee) have helped through piles of red tape and financial speak. I have been a Wells Fargo customer since the 90's and this is the best service I've ever seen.
