At first I wasn't happy with the tracking details because it did not give a date or approximate date of delivery it just said in transit. Once scooter came in, it was so easy to put together and my nine-year-old boy was so happy with the quality that I had to change my review to give 5 stars.

From someone who works in the corporate retail world this company is hands down #1. I had questions about a few items as well as shipping. I called spoke with a gentleman who was extremely knowledgeable, very thorough, and very kind. He didn't miss a beat. I placed my order online immediately after speaking with him Dec 18th which was after the Christmas guaranty arrival. I ordered 3 larger items. My packages arrived 2 days before Christmas. All were Christmas presents but one specifically was for Christmas where the other two could have waited. Not only did they arrive on time but the one item I REALLY needed before Christmas arrived wrapped without my request to do so. Talk about going above and beyond. All items arrived perfect, kids love them, and most importantly the World Class customer service and the entire process was absolutely AMAZING to say the least...hands down #1. Great product! My son wanted a beachy skateboard and this one is super high quality at an affordable price. It ships quickly and completely assembled. I would definitely recommend to others!!!

ULTGAR sold us a GREAT product. FAST shipping. The rail is very easy and fast to put together. It is also lightweight but very sturdy. The rail is perfect to take on vacation because it can come apart easy.
