Because most everything is done online or at ATMs, I haven't actually gone into the branch much, but when I have, the tellers are very friendly and helpful. Needed notary service one day, and Leo was available to help. He took care to review the document to make sure everything looked legit, and it was free of charge since I am an account holder.

(July 2, 2019, 12:33 am)There is always a line when I go in with only 1 or 2 tellers, But I give 10⭐'s to 1 young particular employee who is always smiling and he makes you feel welcomed after waiting for what seems like a long time in the line???? very funny but also very professional I didn't get his name but I will next time around and repost ???? BofA needs more employees like him????
