  Honestly I normally don’t leave reviews but I have to make an exception here! I discovered Coffin and Trout earlier this year and ever since my first trip this place has been the highlight of my day when I stop by. I’ve always loved watches and jewelry but boy does Coffin and Trout have out of this world pieces! Every time I stop by it’s like a candy store for adults looking at these breathtaking time pieces and exquisite pieces of jewelry. The selection available is amazing, but truthfully what draws me in more than even the product is the customer service here!!! I can’t overstate how important customer service and a genuine positive welcoming attitude is when walking into any retailer, and Coffin and Trout clearly makes this their staple! Leo in particular is such a gentlemen and has always taken care of me, and treated me as if the store is my home away from home. If your looking for your next ring, necklace, or even timepiece, Coffin and Trout is the place to be! You couldn’t ask for better service! Ask for Leo and you won’t be disappointed!

  Contacted Coffin & Trout about a certain Rolex watch that I was looking for. The customer service was fast and very efficient. Good news came in a second e-mail saying they had found the watch I was acquiring about.The experience was fantastic and cannot express my gratitude to Dean Reuter and the staff at Coffin&Trout for making this journey so memorable. I felt so welcome and appreciated. Take notice competition, this company and staff have raised the bar high on how to take care of customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  This was our first time purchasing with Coffin and Trout, and I can’t even begin to tell you how pleased my husband and I were with the whole experience! We are from Idaho and had seen their ad in an issue of Town and Country magazine. I ripped out the ad and decided we would visit them on our next trip to the Phoenix area. From the moment we first stepped foot in the store, Danielle made us feel welcome! She spent a lot of time working with and advising us, as we designed a new custom setting for my diamond. We felt like she listened to everything we said and worked extremely hard to make it happen. The results are absolutely stunning!! The ring is even more gorgeous than I could have ever imagined! We were also privileged to meet the owner and his son, who took time out of there extremely busy schedules to come and chat with us. They are all wonderful people who really take pride in their work and their relationships with their clients!! My husband and I have worked with a lot of jewelers over the years and I have to say Coffin and Trout sets the bar really high!! I would highly recommend them for your next jewelry purchase, I know I will be back!!

  I just purchased another time piece and Danielle was amazing. Her customer service skills are outstanding. Upon delivery and sizing, Danielle and Dean went above and beyond to locate a smaller band and have it to me by the holiday weekend. I look forward to doing more business with them!

  I purchased a watch from Dean 20 years ago and had the extreme pleasure of getting a new one today! The personal service and the store are still shining and comfortable! Next up, is to have their jewelry designer Kevin create a ring for my beautiful wife. Thanks again!!
