Been here almost ten times now. Have never had a bad dinner. The staff is great! Food is great!

Really great joint. Most impressive was the staff and their service. Alyssa was a fantastic server - prompt and knowledge. Brent, the general manager, was an obvious presence - helping out and making the rounds with customers, being sure he redirected folks from Old Town and Central Phoenix to his restaurant 😉. Food was upscale and served in more than adequate portions (though all of the proteins we're just a little over done). Amuse bouche were a thoughtful addition. Live music was a fantastic touch. The dining room was clean, comfortable, and enabled conversation (the booths along the wall are rad!), but the decor has a slightly Holiday Inn feel to it and could benefit from some curtains, plants, and vertical elements to break up the space. Overall, really well done, worth the money, a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back!

My friends and I decided on this restaurant for a long overdue girls' night out. What a treat it was! The food was delicious, the managers Brent and Kyle checked in to make sure we were enjoying ourselves, and Dennis the sommelier helped us pick the perfect wines based on our normal taste, and what we were having for dinner. It was so fun to hear about the history of the wine! Scott was the nicest, most attentive waiter I've ever had. His personality was professional with a great sense of humor that we enjoyed so much. You can tell he's experienced in this industry. I also appreciate that the menu changes from time to time so there's always something new to try. I can't wait to go back!

Jean aka "Frenchie" is one of THE most personable servers you will ever have the pleasure of meeting with. He knows both the food and wine menu from cover to cover. He makes excellent suggestions based on your palate profile that you offer him. Cannot say enough about this kind and funny individual.

Brett is one of the The Embers managers. He remembers us everytime we visit. He is on point with customer service and visits every table, even when it is busy. Did I mention how well-dressed this person is???

Now the food...

We love this place! Have NEVER EVER had a disappointing meal here. My favorite is the veal milano. While my dinner guests enjoy the 20 oz bone-in ribeye or the Chilean sea bass. The chef here really knows what he is doing.

Try the seafood tower. What a variety of ocean treasures. The oysters right now are delectable! The Waygu meatball appetizer served atop of polenta is very savory. As far as sides go, I highly recommend the acorn squash and roasted Brussel sprouts. We tried the mac and cheese infused with short-ribs last night and we were not disappointed whatsoever.

It is a breath of fresh air to have the level of customer service the team at The Embers provides to each patron that comes in. Give them a try if you haven't yet.

My husband and I had dinner here the other night and came back tonight. We are food enthusiasts and been to a few fancy restaurants not just in USA but also in Europe and UK. This restaurant is on our top 5. The creativity in the ingredients and taste gives you a unique and unforgettable experience! If you happen to be in Scottsdale Arizona, make sure to come here. Staff are courteous, excellent service!
