He makes his own shutters so he can customize for the smallest or strangest size window. I am a repeat customer. He has installed shutters throughout my own home twice. In fact, when I moved, he was the first one I contacted to upgrade my new house. Both my parents and my sister have used Southwest Shutter Designs to make shutters for their homes.
