With the combination of dance fitness and muscle toning, it's a total body workout packed in to one hour plus the high or low impact options make it great for every fitness level.

The people are friendly and welcoming. The classes are easy to follow and if you can't follow, you just do the best you can, or do your own thing to the beat-great music, it is not an intimidating place at all-Try it you will like it!!!!
