Brought it to our regular location because we tried another location and had the most unbelievably horrible experience. This location did the warranty work on my transmission and fixed another issue with it. We will never go to another location again. Mike Kline and his crew are the best shop I’ve ever come across in my life. Reasonable, honest, and most of all friendly. They explain everything. They don’t slap “STUPID” on your head like other Companies/Shops.

First experience and impression of this new location for me was excellent. Some places charge fee to just determine what's wrong. This place did not. They where priced better than some of their competition and did exactly what the where supposed to repair. I would return and also recommend this location.

Way above and beyond! They were able to fix my car the same day and even found OEM parts that the dealer said would be 4 weeks due to a national back order. I am so happy that we went to Sun Devil!

I am new to the area and tried this garage and I am so very pleased with the service and value. The managers Mike and Eli are two of the most professional front office team members I have ever dealt with. They are straight to the point when discussing any repairs while not applying a bunch of sales pressure. Their candor really added to a great experience. Pricing of services are a tremendous value. I would highly recommend Sun Devil Auto on Higley & Chandler Heights to anyone, and I'm a UofA fan??
