They showed me stretches I could do at home to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I will definitely be back.

Not only was the massage the best I have ever had but she was very polite and explained some stretching exercises to aid with muscle soreness. The facility was exceptionally clean and top notch. Sheila has earned a long term client with me after this wonderful experience. I would highly recommend her and Healing Garden Massage to any of my friends, family or clients. You will not be disappointed.
