Angela Edwards is THE BEST! I do not generally say that statement easily or often. But Angela came in and proved herself over and over again. I was referred to “Keys To Your Dreams” realty by a friend of mine, who I trust, to sell my home. She said she would have them call me and literally the next day the broker, Rachel Welin, gave me a call. She got me in touch with Angela who called and introduced herself as well and set up an appointment to come see my house. Both came to my house and were so fun and professional which is such a great relaxing combo to a person going through the process for the first time. From that exact point I was taken through a whirlwind of events, a rollercoaster of emotions, and some of the hardest decision making of my life in the smoothest way possible. I still can’t get over it. Upon Angela’s first step into my home, she was working for me. She asked questions, she evaluated, she informed and she offered advice. We made a game plan. After every meeting or conversation, I always knew what I was supposed to get done and I knew what she was going to work on. To my surprise Angela went above and beyond every time. When I couldn’t find reasonable roofers or landscaping, she figured it out and saved me thousands. NO EXAGGERATION! when it came time to list, she helped me clean up, clean out, and stage my home. One day on the market and I got multiple offers. She helped me weed through and find which was the best to consider. Once we made the decision which offer to accept, Angela really went to work. I would get regular updates and task list of things to do on my end. She would call me for decisions and I always appreciated that she would offer advice but leave the decision up to me. I never felt pressured. And what ever I decided was fully supported by her. Unfortunately, in my situation the buyers realtor was awful. By awful I mean unprofessional and borderline unethical. That realtor made every step as hard as possible for Angela but Angela handled everything like a champ. I never knew the extent of things until later. I honestly don’t know how Angela stuck it out but she did. We sold our home for &5000 over asking! When it came time to move we magically had boxes and packing tape show up at our home. And when we realized we needed a storage unit, a list of great storage units near by came into my email all with a reservation already made for me. When it came time to sign Angela showed up when she didn’t have to and brought a treat. As if all of this wasn’t enough, when the money came through, Angela drove the 50 mile round trip to hand deliver the check. I love this girl!!!! I cannot express enough how grateful I was to have stumbled upon this realtor who by the end felt like family. She made us feel important through the whole process where we could have easily been treated like a side note. her broker Rachel would step in to help and support her and us at all the right moments. As I stated at the beginning, Angela is simply THE BEST!
