Canyon Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care

This assisted living home was wonderful when it was owned by Heather. She took personal interest in the well-being of the residents and staff and made this a wonderful place to live, but she sold the business and the new owners only care about one thing - $$$. They've lowered the quality of care and meals, fired all the wonderful caregivers, and cut corners whenever possible. They bend the rules when it applies to them, and withhold critical information from families if it suits their needs. It's a shame.

I have been working with Heather and Gina since the home was opened. Each one of my clients that I have referred to them are treated with the utmost dignity and the “best care”. All other care facility/home need to strive to be as good as Canyon Creek!

As a Physical Therapist who is in and out of group homes/Assisted living facilities all over the valley I can honestly say that Canyon Creek is the most well managed that I have encountered. Heather is an outstanding owner who pays attention to all the details and ensures that all of her residents are safe and happy. The communication is excellent between Heather, the caregivers in the group home, the families of the residents and all outside providers coming in to provide skilled care. Residents in this facility are happy and they make progress towards goals for mobility because the staff care and follow up with training and instruction that I provide them. I would recommend my mother and father to this facility.

As a home care nurse for the last 18 years, I have been in tons of assisted living facilities. Canyon Creek is hands down one of the best places to have your loved ones live. Heather, the owner is a Nurse and her staff is amazing. They all are so caring and attentive. The facility is beautiful and accommodating to all different needs. If my family needed to be in an ALF, Canyon Creek would be my first choice for sure.

It was such a blessing for my Mom, and for me, that she was able to live at beautiful Canyon Creek Assisted Living & Memory Care. She received AMAZING and loving care from everyone. My Mom had many special needs and requirements, and all of them were met with kindness and patience. The facility is amazing. The staff and ownership are fantastic. This is a top class assisted living home and it is definitely the place for your loved ones. Highly recommended!
