  In spite of being a very busy medical facility, every employee was very polite, friendly and extremely efficient! The kindliness of each and every professional made the “prep” ….almost worth it. I could feel the caring of each individual! Thanks Southwest Endoscopy!

  I had a colonoscopy performed today by Dr. R. Patel. Upon arrival, since I checked in via the Internet, I simply had to pay my deductible and sign the release form. Kayla at the arrival counter was very friendly and welcoming. She asked if I had any questions, to which I responded with a no. A cancellation occurred so I was taken into the pre-op area by Nurse Sarah. Nurse Ashley S. was there to greet me and requested I disrobe and change into the hospital gown on the bed. I changed behind the current and was greeted by the anesthesia Dr. James from the other side of the curtain.
  Once changed, the staff entered and requested I lay down in the surgical bed. The bed was adjusted by Nurse Sarah while Nurse Ashley connected me with receptacles for the monitoring equipment. Dr. James was also there to explain his role and responsibility and then asked if I had any questions.
  Once I received the anesthesia and was positioned in a comfortable position for surgery. I was wheeled to the surgical suite and met Dr. Patel who also asked if I had any questions.
  The next thing I recall is waking up in post-op with Nurse Sarah there checking on my condition.
  It was a most pleasant experience at Southwest Endoscopy Center by everyone involved.

  I had my first colonoscopy done today at this facility and honestly was a bit nervous as it was my first time but everyone there made it easy from Priscilla at registration to my pre op nurses Ray and Robert my procedure nurse Ashley my anesthesia provider Dr Fail and my recovery nurse Anna and Last but not least Dr Sajiv Sethi whom i did a consultation with two weeks ago that did the procedure was great and is very knowledgeable and answered any questions i had. The whole team was nice and it was a lot easier then i had thought.
