My experience with Justin Armstrong has been exceptional! I have tried many different forms of therapy that have not worked, but he is able to get my muscles to relax and have lasting relief. I have fibromyalgia which hinders him from working as deeply and quickly as he normally would, but still be effective. This causes very little discomfort.
I recommend Justin all the time to friends and relatives who have shared very positive experiences.

Have had an issue with shoulder and arm pain.... but Justin works on the problem areas and gets the knots out. My pain is gone. Justin is a fantastic massage therapist. He knows what he is doing and I highly recommend him to anybody who has pain.

My wife and have utilized the services of Armstrong Massage for 4 years. Initially it was just for a relaxing experience. We quickly learned Justin's anatomy knowledge could relieve our aches and pains through his medical massage techniques, providing so much more then just the relaxation that the other therapists provided. In my 70's, my primary care Dr. has jokingly diagnosed my condition as TMB -- too many birthdays. Justin asks before each session about how one's feeling and if there are any issues. Then he includes those areas in his massage. Case in point - I had a thumb joint bothering me. I received treatment from my physician and chiropractor with no relief. Mentioned it to Justin and pain is almost gone after a handful of treatments. I'm confident from progress it soon will be completely gone. In addition to his medical skills he has a great "bedside manner", caring, concerned, patient focused and as we say back home just "good people". After retiring from a career in Human Resources with a masters in HR I have a good background for my assessment. Highly Recommend Armstrong. Wife and I are continuing monthly visits and have referred family and friends.

I was looking for alternative treatment on my shoulder. I had not been able to do push ups or any chest exercises without pain in my shoulder for nearly 2 months. I could tell it was not a major injury, but I was dissapointed how long it was taking to heal. Justin found quite a bit of issues and started to feel the benefits of a sports massage immediately, but now 4 weeks later. I just did chest press and push ups without any pain. I'm very pleased and will continue to see him to help me prolong my active lifestyle. I can highly recommend to anyone.
