(October 23, 2018, 8:05 am)Fast and affordable, but lacking communication. I reached out to them on Facebook to send some images to see if I had termites. They replied right away and had me call to set up an appointment. We told the guy that we wanted inside and out, and that we woukdn't be home all day for the treatment because of work. When the tech arrived, he was alone and said that his partner quit and that he had to do the entire job alone. He said we had to move a bunch of stuff around inside and out, even though this wasn't communicated the first time. When I told him this, he pretty said I don't kniw I just work here. He overall wasn't friendly. He also started on the outside even though there were only a few hours when anybody would be home and we paid him when he started. I'm glad to support a local business, but they need to work on some things in order to ensure customer satisfaction and mitigate confusion and frustration.

Kyle was very patient and very informative. He is a first class guy to deal with home owners. I would highly recommend the pair.
