We are happy to be in this family owned complex that has always cared about helping us and making sure everything was working properly.
There are some great stores nearby and thankfully it is less than 5 minutes from the freeway!
In my book this apartment complex has it all: Great Staff, Great Location, Respectful Neighbors, AND A GOOD PRICE (and that’s saying something because Gilbert apartments are not cheap).

Ive lived here almost a year and its a great place to live. They have a new manager on duty, Kimberly and she is very professional and caring. The pool and hot tub are super clean, maintenance is great, the property is well lit and safe and the 2 bedrooms are big. I love the layout. Its a smaller complex which means less drama! I lived next complex over and there was always something going on, cars in my space, etc. I pay less for a 2 bdrm here than a 1 bdrm there. Whatever you need gets handled fast!
