(February 16, 2020, 10:34 pm)Everyone was so lovely! Amazing customer service and care. I was terrified taking my 2 week old in and they made me feel way better with their kindness, knowledge, and gentleness. We will definitely be going there again if the unfortunate circumstances arise!

(February 10, 2020, 9:01 pm)I love coming here! The hours are so convenient for working moms like myself. This flu season has hit my home badly. I've been in and out many times between my 3 youngest littles. All the providers I've seen have been amazing! The check in gal Susan is a superhero and can multitask between answering calls and checking in patients, not to mention how patient she is when I have to bring ALL my kids. Dr. Elgasim is one of my favorite providers! We are in and out with a diagnosis and prescription if needed. Some other pediatric urgent cares that I've been to, we are left being told, "It's just a virus and it'll run its course..." so I'd come here and my kids get treated and I leave with no questions. Janet is also amazing, the nurse that helped my family today. I highly recommend this urgent care!

(January 9, 2020, 9:34 am)I'm so grateful for this place. My son woke up in the middle of the night with croup. I tried some home remedies, but after 30 minutes without much progress I decided I needed to take him in. He was able to get the oral steroid right there in the office, so I didn't have to go to the pharmacy at 2:30 am. The doctor and nurse were kind and knowledgeable. Within 20 minutes of returning home he was sleeping soundly and hasn't had any issues breathing since. This is the only all night children's urgent care in the east valley. Thank goodness for them.
