There are have been few times in my life where customer service is taken to another level. My experience with Zach is one of them. He was so kind, patient, and more than willing to spend the time it took to make sure I was completely satisfied. He made me feel like I was appreciated. Despite showing up late in the evening, I never felt rushed. It was obvious that my satisfaction was his top priority. He took the time to show me alternatives to what I was using in case I ever decided to purchase another brand as I was having some intermittent issues with the brand I am currently using. I can't emphasize how much he cared about my satisfaction, that all my questions were thoroughly answered, and that I was a happy camper. He is a true asset to Red Star!

We have been to vape shops all over the country, and none have been even a fraction as knowledgeable, helpful, and had the selection of Red Star. We came in with the intention of getting a new vape, and left with more than we planned, but everything we needed, including their own brand of CBD gummies which are already helping with our pain management needs.

We picked up two Aegis Boost vapes that are a far superior design to ones we have struggled with in the past, and an Octo Twist vape pen, which is just for CBD, and has a USB charger that works quickly. We cannot remember the name of the individual who assisted us, but he wasn't pushy, he didn't try to up-sell items we weren't ready for, and was very wise in all things vape.

We will definitely return to this location for any and all of our future vaping needs and recommend it highly. Their courtesy and professionalism are something other vape shops should aspire to. You, my Red Star friends, are the gold standard.

Dillon over hear at Red Star Vape in Gilbert really knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable and he really helped me understand all the differences between all the awesome products. Oh, any they always have the best flavor selections. Try the build-your-own flavors. 2 thumbs up??

I miss the old manager she was really nice. The new guy is pretty awesome too though so I guess I can't be too upset. Friendly shop with great prices.
