was excellent. From check-in, to pre-op, to endoscopy, David Van Dam, M.D. of Grand Canyon Anesthesia, the nurse anesthetist, and post-op. Everyone was good.
I agree with Anita Hardesty's comments. The patient has to be proactive of his/her healthcare, including coding and billing. If something is not right, CALL. If you're not getting the proper invoice because the anesthesiologist is out of network, file an appeal with your insurance company. Don't wait.
