(August 29, 2019, 10:07 pm)The owner Chad is very helpful and attentive to the gym/members needs. They have a mono rack, specialty bars and chalk stands; Very powerlifting friendly! AC runs cool and if you pick your times right it’s not too busy. Overall a great place to train.

(July 24, 2019, 2:34 pm)Wish I found this gym sooner!! After wasting time at a couple commercial gyms while in Glendale, i found Fitness 1 Gym. Old school feel, with new school toys. I was a happy camper. If and when you're in the area, this no hassle gym, with plenty of experience if you need help, is the place to go!

(June 28, 2019, 3:31 pm)Been going to this gym for years, and absolutely love it! It keeps getting better and better especially since Chad took over. Very attentive to what his gym users need. He's always making improvements to satisfy his customers. Would recommend this gym to anyone.
