From my initial call to see if they still had this bike to helping me arrange shipping to Florida, I can't say enough good things about my experience.

Would like to give a huge shout-out to the service department! I brought my Talon in for a drive shaft replacement. While replacing it. They found an issue with my sub trans. They busted there butts and even stayed overtime on Saturday to make sure it was repaired and ready to go for my riding trip. Tom, Taylor, and the whole Lodi crew. Thank you again! You guys are the best!

Me and my family have bought a number of new bikes from a number of different dealerships over the years and Johnny Als of Lodi is by far the best to go to. Friendly people in all departments that really try to help. If your shopping for a new bike you should definitely give Johnny Ks a look.

I had originally had written a poor review for Johnny K's of Lodi but they have since remedied the issue. I had brought my bike in for a front tire mount and balance. The first balance wasn't quite right so I brought it back in and within a day they a the tire re-balanced. They had left some of the adhesive residue from the first set of weights on and when I went to clean the bike up I noticed some gouges in my rim. This is what had made me write a poor review originally. Once the service manager had heard about my issue he had a new rim ordered for me within an hour from originally reaching out to me.
I was a little upset at first and honestly had concluded I would just go elsewhere for service in the future. After today, I realized why Johnny K's has such good overall reviews and won't hesitate to return in the future or service and my future power sports purchases.

Everyone is so nice from the office to maintenance. I had a work order day 1 on Saturday, they called sent someone out and had it fixed within an hour! Definitely above expectations!!!

Alvin did a great job fixing our toilet. We put in a request to get if fixed because it wasn't working and he showed up the next day. It was fixed in less than 5 minutes. Great service and quick response! He was very friendly and has a great work ethic. Thanks, Alvin!

Love my apartment! The maintenance guys are fantastic! Alvin and Jose did an amazing job! My dryer has been broken for months and my ac quit unexpectedly and they came and made sure it was all taken care of right away & they even treated my dog great and made her feel comfortable with them being here! They are awesome! So friendly, and actually made me feel like my issues were important! Thanks again guys!

I highly recommend Johnny K's in Lodi! Recently purchased a pair of 2021 Can Am Ds70 s for my twin daughters. They are so happy with them, I cant thank you enough, I worked with Zach, from the no pressure atmosphere to the great hospitality Zach got it done! He also helped load them and took a picture of my daughters on their new quads. Made them feel like superstars! Hope to see you soon to get Dad something so we can ride as a family. Thanks Again
