The gentleman in the building was kind and patient. We needed help activating a new phone and didn't understand everything that needed to be done and he helped us. We were here for an hour atleast and he helped us every moment we were there.

Stephanie is an exceptional employee who made buying a new phone easy and hassle free. Her thoroughness in working with me should be commended as I'm not a tech savvy person. I'd recommend this store to others who want good service.

I went into this location on Saturday to get a new phone and I had the pleasure of meeting the female manager on duty and the mail manager on duty also there employee who is only in high school they treated me so good they got me into a decent phone that I love had great conversation with them I plan on going back to the store very often because they know what it takes to treat a customer right and to give really good customer service it shows that they are definitely the best in their field I look forward to seeing you guys again thank you so much for all your help and the laughs and the good time I had that hour I was there

Luz and Alan have to be the most helpful and respectful sales reps that I have ever met! My husband and I were having trouble with our online order for a whole week and they got it resolved in 10 mins!! After everyone else told us they couldn't help us what's so ever!
