  We had to make a quick trip to the area because of the death of a family member. When we checked in with no reservation the clerk was very helpful. We were unsure just how long we were going to be there. The next day, she left us a nice little symphony card with a hand written note. She did not sign her name, but I know that she did it. Thank you, gigi... (not sure of the spelling.) However your kindness was a blessing. Thank you.

  I loved my stay here. The room furnishings were updated and attractive. Towels nice and thick. Beds very comfortable. Exceptional service from the night staff!!

  The gal at the front desk was amazing! I was not a guest I was simply making a door dash delivery, this gal was so kind and welcoming she went above and beyond with her kindness. Holiday inn did a great job hiring Reyna she needs a raise!

  I've stayed here on a few occasions. Each time was a pleasant experience. The staff was very nice. The room's are very large. Clean hotel overall. Not a fan of the pool area being so secluded to the back of the hotel, but there's not much you could do about that. I would definitely come back.

  They have a bar with happy hour. You can watch Monday and Thursday night football. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. There is hot coffee at the front desk and a Krieger coffee machine with K-Cups in the room. Pool and hot tub.
  Suggestion: the doors rattle when other people go in and out of their rooms, or at least room110 does. Maybe you can put some rubber sticky pads on the doors to tighten them up?
