Advanced Custom Renovations

Working with ACR has an easy process. We had our floors and 2 bathrooms done and the workmanship is amazing. Both Ben and Jose were professional and communicated with us. I would highly recommend them.

Being new to a remodeling project, we reached out to many contractors for bidding out our master bath shower remodel. James and the team at Advanced Custom Renovations took the time to explain the process, gave us details on what would work in our limited space, and were helpful in giving us a comfort level we did not feel with the other contractors. JD (Project Manager) was on site from day one, and we felt very reassured when he answered many of our question throughout the project and stayed on budget. All the subs (especially David!) were professional and cleaned up after each day. They showed respect of our home and time, and we could not be happier with the results!

We hired Advanced Custom Renovations to remodel our hallway bathroom, ripping out almost everything but the floors and starting over fresh. They did a great job and were easy to work with. James was knowledgeable and gave us great tips during the quote process. I liked having the flexibility and control of picking out and ordering all of the finishes, then they came in to get the job done once we had all the necessities. Even with a snafu (my fault), they got the job done quick and Ben was a great project manager.

Working as a subcontractor for James and his crew has been a great experience. The communication between our company, as a finishing trade, and ACR is key. In the glass (shower door industry) we see all types of finished tiled openings. On a consistent basis the quality of work is beautifully executed. When we get a call for tile/remodeling recommendations they are the top of our list. The project managers are polite, on time, and great at their jobs! The construction industry has been slammed with work and we have all suffered with longer lead-times and material delays. They have been able to tackle these set-backs with grace and a comforting ease. Leanne and James are always a pleasure to work with. Will use them for projects at my personal residence!!!

I want to thank Advanced Custom Renovation for the great job they did on my remodel.
I had all new floorings put in, painted kitchen cabinets and updated hardware, new counter top,
New fireplace mantel and both bathrooms remodel with the Master being a curbless shower . I especially want to that Ben and Nick for the quick
response to any issues/questions I may have had. Great team to work with
