The young lady who helped me set up the new phone I bought for my wife was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Samsung phone I purchased. We've been Cricket customers for many years and plan on staying with Cricket.

The fantastic ladies there are very helpful and friendly. I messed my phone up somehow and they figured it out and showed me how to do fix it myself if it happened again. By far the most helpful employees of any cricket store.

Went in to pay my bill, and ended up making an appointment for this bad boy.
Don't know her name but she was awesome and found what I was needing in a phone. And her first day alone,
Saturday afternoon!

My son and I went shopping for a new phone. We were greeted right away. The sales lady was very nice. She us gave us The right phone at the right price for my 13 yr old. She had her mask on. We felt welcomed and safe. The store was a bit hot. Other than that it was good experience.
