I am very pleased with Desert financial. I’ve been with you guys over 20 years. Anytime I ask for assistance it is given promptly, and without any issues I am extremely happy and pleased to be a part of Desert Financial. Thank you so much for your service.

My girlfriend and I hauled in our family of 4 one Saturday morning in search of an auto loan. Brooke Denkins greeted us in the lobby with a big smile on her face :) She sat with us offering our daughter Paisley crayons, water, candy… the works… while we explained what we were looking for. Brooke was so friendly and helpful right off the bat it felt like we had been banking with Desert Financial for years and were apart of the family! She got us pre approved that day sharing some different rates and possible customer appreciation opportunities with us. We went out, bought a car, and even after locking in a rate with the dealership late one night she went to bat for us for 3 weeks to capture all the opportunity available! Needless to say we are completely satisfied with our experience, my girlfriend has since opened a savings and checking account and I will be moving my banking business to Desert Financial as well. What a breath of fresh air, would give more than 5 stars if I could!

The Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in every way. My questions were answered accurately and quickly. In my opinion, Desert Financial runs an operation that all other banks should emulate.
