Dr. Pelletier and ALL of her staff are truly wonderful.
There care about your wellbeing and your teeth. There is no such thing as pain, they do everything they can to insure sure you do not have any pain. Every staff member is pleasant and understanding, as if they were sitting there in that chair. There rates are great! I did not pay one penny more than the estimate they gave me from day 1 and I hade to have a lot of work done due to cracks from clenching my teeth. They are gentle, but they get the job done, with positive results. My husband also goes there and he raves about them too. He needed a crown and will be getting new sleep apnea mouthpiece. I also got a new mouth guard (which actually costs less than originally quoted (ins [aid for some of it). They explain everything clearly, but if you have any questions they take the time to answer you thoroughly they are not in a rush to get you out the door, yet they are always on time. They most I've have to wait is less than 5 minutes. They DO NOT push you to get things done that are not necessary, again explaining why any procedure they do is required. At the same time they will not push you to get anything done if you do not want to, they are NOT in the sales business. There office is very clean and you know they are very serious about this.
I highly, highly recommend them as a dentist.

The staff is the most personable and friendly staff I have ever experienced at a dentist office. Dr. Pelletier is great! I never dread going to the dentist anymore.
Dr. Pelletier and her staff at Highland Village Family Dentistry are incredible! Their service from the front desk receptionist, to the hygienists, all the way to the Doctor herself is exceptional. They are punctual, friendly and most importantly gentle during every visit. To say I am a pleased and satisfied patient is an understatement. I’d recommend this dental office to anyone in the Mesa area.
