    Very nice staff (Richard) Explained the contract and other pertinent information well. Followed us to the storage and explained best entry for movers. Very friendly and good customer service.

    Friendly staff, clean establishment, fair prices. The only thing I would complain about is the gate not working with the app, having to get out of the car to exit is pretty inconvenient particularly in the rain. Overall 8/10.

    I just wanted to say that Tony has been so helpful and accommodating. There was a screw up initially with another agent who was here and Tony was able to get it straightened out in short order. A highly recommended Tony and the quality of his service and the knowledge of the system.

    Steve and his staff are EXCEPTIONAL!! They had all the answers and suggestion for a main breaker problem. Nobody else was able to help us fortunately they are an expert in their field!!! You don't need to go anywhere else!!
