  Thank you so much for getting my heart in and squeezing us into your crazy busy day during these crazy Covid times just showed me how just how much you care about your pets! I have officially decided to leave my other vet for good because you cared when my dog needed attention and I needed that piece of mind. Thank you Ashley for going above and beyond with your beautiful soul and loving my Beso unconditionally. We definitely need more people like you in this world! Thank you again to Dr. Brady and Ashley ❤

  When our dog Tom was exhibiting signs of distress, we called our usual vet but were not able to be seen for a couple of weeks. Given he was 15 yrs old and rapidly showing decline, there was no way I was willing to wait and put him through that. An emergency room was my last choice so I opted to call around and was able to finally land on Best Friends who agreed to see us.
  Sadly, the news was worse than we would have hoped for (but tried to be prepare for). The entire staff treated us as though we had been long term patients, giving us options and not trying to sell us on expensive, low percentage procedures. When we made the hard choice, they were quickly supportive, and comforting, and offered to help us even though by that time it was getting late and close to closing. They didn't even seem to look at the clock, just got down to the business of making both us and Tom as comfortable as they could.
  As they took our old man to the back room, they asked if we would like a paw imprint. My first reaction was that I didn't think that necessary, that I wasn't "one of those people," and that I really didn't want to think about that at that moment, but I agreed, both to be polite, and to "hedge my bets" in case I changed my mind. When it was all said and done, they handed me that casting and I could see my friends "finger print swirls" in the thing, and I have to tell you it instantly became very important to me, and I had to really fight to keep it together.
  As far as the procedure, the doctor was gentle and caring, both with Tom and my wife and I, and I cant express how much that helped in saying goodbye to the friend we made with that once tiny puppy so many years earlier. The technician came back and helped us prepare our not-so-little anymore guy for transport, equally as gentle and caring.
  I felt at that point I should write a review, tho its not something I normally do. As it is in life, I let other things push that back until a few days later I got a card wishing us condolences, signed by the entire staff, and many describing Tom and the experience they had with him the short time we had left him there for evaluation. I would feel utterly negligent in not sharing my experience with Best Friends Animal Hospital, and I would recommend them to anyone.

  Great office, everyone is so friendly and really knowledgeable. I have never had a problem making an appointment, and I appreciate how much care everyone in the office shows for my Ronan. He is not scared to go to the vet and is always happy to visit and get treats, pets, and love from the Doctors, Techs, and Receptionists. I couldn't recommend this vet more.

  The staff is INSANELY AMAZING! They took care of my two furbabies and even found out that the one kitten we thought was a girl is actually a boy! They were able to give me great advice and offered affordable prices for both of them. Thank you very much guys! We can’t wait to come back for our next appointment :)

  As a first timer with a puppy, finding a place for my new loved one meant finding a new extension to my family. Dr. Olson is heaven sent. Her and the team were beyond caring, informative, and set me and my baby up for an amazing future of adventures. Thank you for caring and thank you for being you!
