I decided to buy a car on the 15th, I selected the model on the 16th and had full coverage on the 17th. The process only took 3 days because I took 3 days. The service was excellent. Joshua, who worked with me, explained everything in detail and the price was competitive. I checked with the insurance company that insured my previous car and the quote was higher with a lower level of coverage. This organization is top notch! Couple years back I switched from a major insurance company to The Arizona Group because at that time they saved me approx. $800 with a policy that provided better coverage. At the end of each 12-month policy they shop for me and make sure I'm getting the best deal. This month was renewal month and sure enough I get a call from my rep Josh and he was able to save me another $800. They really do have the customer's needs at the forefront of their agenda, which is hard to find these days. Keep it up AG!
