  I can't begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. We back here renting for a second time. The office staff especially Manger Megan and Dustin the leasing agent are amazing. We are in a one bedroom and our lease is up in May and we had decided to go to a two bedroom and wasn't sure how all of that was going to work. They went to bat for us and got it done!. These guys are so amazing!. Even their corporate office had a hand in it. We can't thank them all enough. Their activities that they are just starting to plan are wonderful. I just can't get over how smooth the transition is going to be and how less stressful they have made it. When we've had a question about something they were always right there. Thanks guys. !

  I can’t say enough good things about this apartment complex! I have recently had to move out of state otherwise I would still be living here. I got the pleasure of living here for a little over 2 and a half years and it was amazing. Full size washer and dryer in the unit, spacious bathrooms and bedrooms! A beautiful balcony, it was all just so awesome. Only thing I wish they had was a bit more storage space as that was lacking a bit but we made it work. Never had any real big issues and anything that needed little fixes they got it done so fast and the maintenance guys were honestly just super awesome and helpful. I loved Megan and Katie they were always so great(: the very few request we had they made sure to work with us. Thank you guys for an amazing experience, I’m really going to miss living here. Also located in an awesome spot with lots of new stuff being built around the area. 10/10 would recommend. Keep up the good work guys!

  My family and I have lived here for three years and loved it. The apartments are large and very up-to-date design, with full sized washer/dryers. The location is quiet and there is extra parking on the street, which always comes in handy. Katie is a excellent manager, she has great customer service and she always takes care of our concerns. The sheriff and Mesa police usually use this area to await their calls and makes it feel safer since they patrol a lot in the area. Megan is always helpful, if ever there is a time Katie is unavailable. The grounds are well kept, the pool has a nice barbecue area and I frequently used the business room to print. The club house is great to rent out for movie nights or special occasions. They also hold such fun community events (all the time) like bingo nights, holiday themed events, and food truck visits-this was my favorite! Thank you Katie and Megan for all that you do to make this a great place to live and for your flexibility with our rent payments!!! We sure will miss this place. :)
