  This is by far my favorite Rc store! Our kids love their new cars! And I sure prefer shopping in person , it was good to see other families doing the same.

  Excellent experience talking to the staff that works here. Unfortunately I didn't make a purchase with them, as I'm located in Florida. I had found a particular kit I was looking for online through their website, I called and wanted to verify it was in stock before purchased online.
  
  I spoke to a staff member there, I do apologize that I don't remember his name, and I inquired about the availability of the kit I was calling about. He informed me that the kit that was showing online wasn’t in stock at the moment.
  
  He asked me about purchasing locally and we discussed that possibly due to the pandemic that many hobby shops are low on stock. I’ve been scouring the internet for a particular kit with no luck. The staff member did say that he appreciated my willingness to purchase from a smaller local hobby shop, even though I was looking to purchase out of state and not my local hobby shop in my state, which is sold out.
  
  We discussed alternatives to the particular kit I was looking for and he gave great suggestions. The particular platform that I was looking for is also made by another manufacturer , which I wasn’t aware of. Unfortunately they didn’t carry that particular platform that I had been looking to purchase. He did thank me for contacting them and I expressed my gratitude for advising me of the other manufacturer to the platform I was looking for.
  
  I left the conversation with more knowledge available to me than before. I am thankful for taking the time to call them to make the initial inquiry. Even though I didn’t do business with them I would recommend that if you have questions and are in the vicinity of their store stop by and talk to them. They’re very informative and give you necessary information to make an informed decision.

  I didn't get the man's name, but he was super friendly and he heard my husband talking in spanish and he understood a little and spoke a little???? The store is like Sephora to a lady, except this is the lala fantasy land for a man ???? Now I know how my husband feels❤ The do repair and sell all makes of parts. The salesmen know what you're looking for if you explain. Not unless it's a guy's code??? I would definitely recommend this store! And I would definitely go back!

  Steve is great. Knowledgeable and attentive to your needs. I wish I would have known about Alliance RC before buying a truck and motor from another shop.

  I love shopping here. The guys always are able to help me and get me the parts I need. The owner is very knowledgeable and doesn’t mind me picking his brain for an hour. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to purchase an r/c.
