SimonMed Imaging - Mesa Greenfield

Really nice facility with nice employees. The tech who preformed my scan was very helpful as well as informative to what was going to happen and be done. I felt very comfortable the whole time. I didn't feel rushed or uncomfortable in any way. I highly recommend. I had an appointment not sure how long waits are without one. A lot people were inside waiting but it seemed like they were pretty much in and out.

The second time I came. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The text and radiologist work efficiently to get me in and out quickly.
I was scheduled a month prior and after paying my co-pay and being sat in a room the assistant came to notify me that the radiologist did not want to take the images until he had prior records to compare them to. I understand us however, this could’ve been fixed and not required me missing a day of work on the first visit.
Very happy with the service and I do appreciate the radiologist being thorough. Look at my medical records prior to my appointment would have Avoided the first situation

I am a frequent flyer at this location on Greenfield. In the past I have not had many positive things to say about the front desk. Today Darlene was exceptional. Her customer service was great. She was friendly, upbeat and caring. As always the MRI tech was great. She was efficient and friendly. Both took the time to have a conversation. The report was available in 2 days, which I appreciate.

Great staff makes all the difference. Waiting in a medical office is inevitable these days but the staff here was moving people through the lines as fast as possible and you could tell they were working very hard to keep us all on a short turn around time. My technician was awesome . She made me comfortable as possible and it was over quite quickly. The Greenfield location is awesome.
