SimonMed Imaging - Anthem

Simonmed were very accommodating when my exam was approved by moving the date up to the very next day versus a over a week later. 2 hours before the appointment they called to tell me there was an issue with the equipment and found another location that could get me on the schedule at the same time. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I sincerely hope that I’ll never need to see them again but I know what to expect if I do.

Although the scheduling was off a bit with an incorrect first appointment, the actual appointment went well. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. The appointment was quick and the technician was professional. I was out of the office in under 20 minutes.

I checked in online and filled out forms prior to my appointment, which was quick and easy. When I arrived a friendly smile greeted me and in minutes I met the technician doing my scan. She was extremely friendly. Excellent facility for tests.

Super nice and efficient staff. I walked in, expecting to make an appointment. They were able to see me within 15 minutes!
