Mr Perry answer all my questions and explain very important information regarding my situation.
Very grateful to his kindness.
Mr. Perry was so helpful to my Mom as she revised her Trust and Will. She told me how good he was to listen and complete exactly as she wanted things.
Then she passed a few months later and I not being a lawyer, needed to understand this and he took time to make sure I understood what to do and who to contact.
He was so thorough and clear in everything it gave me great confidence to handle the estate and to hire him to do some last legal forms to wrap everything up.
Nice to have a lawyer that takes time and makes sure you are comfortable, educated in what you need, and KIND.
Mr. John E. Perry is experienced, compassionate and understanding. He spent quite some time on the phone with me explaining what I needed to update on my Trust and why it needs to be done. Unfortunately, his office is too far away from me. But, if you live in North Phoenix or North Scottsdale, I highly recommend this attorney for elder abuse, Medicaid, and estate planning.
Extremely knowledgeable and thorough.
I contacted Ned to setup a trust for my children and to transfer some real estate on the east coast into it. I thought this process might be manageable enough to do myself, but as I got started I realized there is much more involved than I realized. After speaking to Ned for a few minutes it was obvious that he had a strong grasp of how to construct these thoroughly and yet flexible enough to do whatever might be needed over the next two decades. The first draft alone would have easily sufficed, and I didn’t have many comments after reviewing it for two weeks. He also prepared and submitted the deed in a place with a much different system than Arizona, and walked me through all of the responsibilities and expectations I would have as trustee. The process went smoothly and there were no surprises at all. Also the price was exceptionally fair, and this saved me far more time and money compared to trying it alone.
Myself and members of my family have used John (who goes by Ned) for a number of legal processes and documents. He is highly knowledgeable in issues involving Special Needs and Elder Law. I can't put into words the relief I felt after having Ned prepare the highly detailed and tedious documents for my special needs child's future...he knows what he's talking about...and he cares. I trust him so much that my family also used him as co-counsel in a large personal injury claim against the United States Federal Government, in which Elder Law was involved. Ned is honest, diligent and knowledgeable. You can trust him to help you.
