Oxygen store Rotech company

We ran into a issue due to a fault on our end but they still worked with us and helped out with a portable tank so my mom could travel to see my dad in the ICU at the hospital until we straighten out what we need to on our end.

I / We are very grateful. It would have devastated my mother if she wouldn't have been able to go see my dad. Everything kind of happened at last minute and they made it happen. 💛

I bought a new cpap machine because my DreamStation was recalled. I knew it was going to take a long time and I could not be without a machine. I bought a Resmed Airsense10 auto set. I used for two night and I just could not handle the pressure. I called the Oxygen Store in hopes they could help me. Lydia was the first person I talked with and was very helpful. She set me up with Stephen for the next day. They both listened to what I said. Even though I had my doubts, Stephen was wonderful. The machine works better than my old one and I learned allot about my machine. I don’t have to touch anything. Now very pleased with my Resmed, thanks to Stephen and Lydia at the Oxygen Store.
