Easiest selling process I’ve ever done. Started everything online, got a fair offer, filled out all the paperwork and made the appointment. Showed up and was greeted by Rachel. She did the inspection quickly and I got a notification funds would be deposited. In and out in less than 15 minutes completely hassle free with a much higher payment than the other popular car buying place.

Very interesting! My husband had communication with them in selling his vehicle. The rep. Inspected his vehicle, and stuff by the price that was quoted to my husband with no problems. Paperwork and process took approx. 30 min. Easy peasy! We were told by a dealership, who was going to give us 2k less than Carvana, that Carvana wouldn't stick with their offer. Could most have been any easier. Check was in the bank next business day

I sold my car to Carvana (I drove it there to avoid the pickup delays some others have complained about) and it was even easier than I could have imagined. I set it up online and I was at their office for less than 15 minutes. No hassle, no haggling, no arguing. It was a stress free experience.

I had a great experience purchasing car from Carvana. Online process was easy and I had an option to self finance via third party (did not have to finance through Carvana). They moved my pick up date few times since we were waiting on the bank to process the loan and they did not have any issues with that. At the pick-up date I was in and out of their office in less than 20 minutes (no back and forth negotiating and BS) - sign the paperwork, drop the coin and drive your car! I would highly recommend!
