Cody (the manager) went above and beyond to help me. I scheduled a hitch install at another Uhaul location and they cancelled same day (their guy was sick). A call to Cody and he said he could install it same day while I waited. He was friendly and professional.

I’ve used U-Haul plenty of times, but this was the first time where I had a really good experience. The woman behind the counter helped me right away, was quick to grab my boxes for me, and was incredibly polite. She also came out within a minute of me dropping off the vehicle to help with checking it back in and, again, was really polite.

I didn’t have any expectations, it’s just renting a van after all, but it was nice to be surprised by responsive and pleasant service.

Sandra has been wonderful to work with. Questions were immediately answered. She was in touch with us throughout the entire process. Great customer service with a quality product. We love our shutters!
