I am so thankful that I found this team of doctors!! They are professional, intuitive and genuinely care about their patients! The atmosphere was completely relaxing and they made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked through the door. This was an investment in myself and definitely worth it! If you’re looking for a magic pill to rid yourself of depression and anxiety; this is not that.
I’ve spent years taking anti depressants topped off with a variety of meds to over ride the side effects of all the scripts. I stopped cold turkey against the advice of my MD.

I’ve also done therapy for years, with short term results, slipping back to where I started.

I’d heard of Ketamine infusions a few years ago for stubborn depression and decided to look into it. I met with the doctors at Advanced Wellness and Pain to see if we all thought it would be a good fit. We did.

My first few infusions were challenging as I was very nervous, no actually I was scared to death.
This therapy takes a village. The doctors were incredibly supportive and there for me as much or as little as I needed them. The Zoom integrative coaching that accompanies the infusions has been so helpful, digging deep into the root cause of years of accumulating anxiety. And finally my desire to work the program, committing financially to the infusions, taking the time to meditate, read the recommended books and do the hard work.

As I said, not a magic pill. I do see and feel progress. I notice little things everyday that tell me I’m changing. I’m feeling safe again, happiness, not because circumstances have changed but because my perspective has changed. I have a new found hope and zest for life. I am so very grateful this opportunity came into my life.

I share my story to give a real account of my journey and hopefully help others who are suffering like I had been. If you are on the fence about trying this as I was, take the leap of faith, you will not regret it.

I went for IV Ketamine therapy and I was blown away by the relief from the grief and depression I was having during the pandemic.
