  Took my bike today. Wasn't shifting right and one brake was dragging a little. Jeff gretted me and took the bike and made the adjustments it needed. I would highly recommend Southwest bikes and Jeff for all your bike repairs . Very friendly people.

  All in all it's pretty good service. but if you go in there for repairs or tune-up or adjustments steer clear of a certain short guy with glasses. He might be a licensed mechanic but he's always Mr I can't do this or we can't do that or you're going to have to leave this here overnight or come back in a week. Yet one of the other mechanics can always fix my problem zipzap in one visit so if you run into him ask for a second opinion from one of the other mechanics.

  Excellent service and very knowledgeable employees. My wife and I looked all over the north valley for a bike that wouldn’t hurt her knees. Finally, we came to SWB and we were able to get our questions answered. We picked out a bike Saturday morning and had it built by the afternoon. She rode the bike in the Glendale Family Bike Ride today for 23 miles with no knee pain at all. It helps talking to people who know their stuff. Thanks guys!

  Awesome service! I flew into Phoenix with my bike and my brake was rubbing. I took it in, he fixed that break, then fixed the other break, discovered one of the brake pads was upside down so he fixed that brake pad as well. Great service and great price. Happy to have a bike store I can depend on for my annual visits
