  By far the best experience I've had getting my vehicle serviced. The entire team was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and eager to assist with whatever was within their domain to assist with. In addition to that the systems and processes are fantastic; I was made aware of, by text message or a phone call, of each step in my repair process. Photos of my own vehicle and the related issue were provided online for my review as well. I had several issues with my vehicle and was looking for advice on which repairs were most important based on my budget and I felt confident with the advice provided by the service manager. Prices were reasonable and I trust that there were no unnecessary repairs offered nor prices inflated. I believe I've found a reliable, honest and affordable repair facility that I can return to and feel confident referring family and friends to.

  Great service. Took the time to explain the services necessary and answered any questions that I had. The Digital Vehicle Inspection report was also very useful in showing a visual of exactly what needed to be done to help me better understand the repairs.

  Awesome staff and quality work. They do a great job with the diagnosis and even provide pictures of the parts that are having issues. I couldn't afford to fix everything on our old car and they were great at helping me understand what was critical for safety and protecting the engine and what could wait. We just had the other issues fixed and are happy with the service.

  I only recently moved into the area, and upon my arrival I needed my AC worked on, as well as a few other things. Since my first visit I have only been willing to take my car back to them! They are AMAZING. They took care of me, explained everything in detail, and have some of the best customer service of any business I have ever been too. They got me in and out with speed, and their work is high quality. I can tell they genuinely care about what they are doing, and put the customers first. Every visit I’ve had with them has exceeded any expectations, and I always left with a flower(they have hand cut flowers at the counter) and a cold bottle of water.
  If you need any work done take a trip to this shop!! If I could give more than a 5 star review I would!!

  Took my truck in for alignment. Was a little disappointed that they called me after I was at work to let me know there would be an additional charge to align my truck just because it had a lift. My truck has solid axles so it is the easiest to align and being lifted doesn't change anything that they actually had to do to align it. All of the adjustments needed to align it are completely stock parts. Had an issue with the alignment and had to return it, but they were very professional about it and gave me a gift card for my hassle. The staff is very friendly and the shop is very clean. The waiting area has a nice homely feel and is very clean and nice. Complimentary fruit, coffee, and water. A place you could actually sit and wait and not worry about walking out with grease on your pants from the seat. They were especially friendly with the customers so much that they actually sat down and explained the issues the vehicles and showed them the parts. They also were OK with a guy bringing in his own parts because he got some kind of a discount on them someplace else. They have a complimentary shuttle that even goes out quite a ways. Overall, I was impressed with everything. Will keep them in mind for sure in the future and have already recommended them.
