We had a great experience here with our young child. From the moment we walked in, everyone was friendly. We were well-informed about every step of the process. The waiting room was clean, cool, comfortable. The nurses were child-friendly and informative, and we felt our child was taken care of. We did not worry. They were also thorough both in communication and care. There is nothing I would have changed about our experience and if needed we would definitely return in the future.
Great experience today from beginning to end. Staff were very communicative the day before. Betsy at the front desk and Shannon the prep nurse couldn’t have been more kind, patient and just overall great at their job. All the other staff involved, including Dr. Osborne and the anesthesiologist were wonderful. Thank you everyone!
I can’t say enough great things about this place! My son just had tubes put in his ears a couple weeks ago and I am still shocked at how smooth it went. My son is only 20 months old and has never had surgery before. I was nervous for an entire week leading up to his surgery day, holding back tears on the drive there. The check in process was so fast and easy. They called me a week before his procedure to go over all the preop instructions very thoroughly and also let me know how much my copay would be so I’d know ahead of time which I really appreciated. The staff were all very nice and great with my son. You can tell they love working with kids. They’re all very professional and explained every step so I knew what to expect. My son didn’t even cry when the nurse took him to go back to the OR, which I though for sure he was going to do, which would have made me cry too. As soon as he was fine with the nurse holding him I was so relieved! The surgery was so fast, they even have a screen that tells you where in the process they are so you can know what they’re doing while you wait so you’re not just anxiously sitting there. DR. Smedly came out right after and let us know how it went and went over any postop instructions. We went to the recovery room and got our baby and they were all so helpful and nice! They called the next day to check in on him and see how he’s doing and called a few days later as well which showed they really wanted to make sure he was okay.
