Honestly I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Olson! After a horrible incident where my front tooth was knocked out, I had a Dr tell me they couldn’t make me a flipper that it wasn’t going to work. I got referred to Dr. Olson by my dentist, and when I went to see him he said this is no problem, I can do this! Dr. Olson made the whole process very smooth and wonderful. His staff is incredibly friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go! I will recommend others and continue using this business for any of the needs I may have! Thank you Dr. Olson and your staff for everything!

Seriously, BEST dentist ever! Dr. Olson and his staff are SO nice and made this coward feel at home. No fear, No pain. So gentle in fact that when he pulled my molar, he had to TELL me it was out. I was able to get an appointment within an hour of calling. Definitely going back for more work. If you are a coward, go see Dr Olson. I'm sure you will be as happy as I.

This is a wonderful practice. Dr. Olson and his entire staff are all so pleasant, knowledgeable and attentive. I'm 71 and always prefer to have an injection rather than wringing my hands, waiting for the pain; I've have had quite a few dental injections in my life. Dr. Olson is better at this than any dentist I've ever had.

I hadn't been to the dentist for 15 years....huge scaredy cat. Because of a toothache had to go. I looked and looked got recommendations and called several. Dr. Olsen was one I called because he was close by and offered free xrays and consultation. It was his front desk person Tracie that clinched it. She was kind and understanding. So off I went, free etc. etc. he just was so gentle and understanding and quite funny. Gave me the info, no pressure to schedule with him. I just went today and no longer worry about going back. The sign in their office says we cater to cowards...and they do!

After moving to Phoenix from Salt Lake, I needed to find a new dentist. I found the office of Ideal Dentistry and Dr. Olson from a Google search. Their ad listed a get acquainted new patient special of free exam and x-rays. I was a little skeptical at first because I worried that it may be a ploy to get new patients in their office and then try to upsell them on expensive treatment, but since I live so close to their office I made an appointment. It was a great visit. Dr. Olson and his staff are very nice.I felt very comfortable in their office and after Dr. Olson did a thorough exam, he said I just needed a routine cleaning. Their new patient special is legit. I never felt pressured to get any expensive treatment that I didn't need or want.
