We utilized this company to replace the hail damaged roof on our 8500 sq. ft. commercial office building. We received quotes and interviewed over a dozen different roofing companies. After meeting with the owner, and discussing every aspect of what we wanted and expected from the project, we felt confident that he and his teams could accomplish the project. We could tell that he was passionate about his company, the performance of his crews, and the product he delivers. He went above and beyond what other companies were willing or wanting to do to ensure that all damage was included in the insurance settlements and replaced/repaired properly. Many projects of this size will not go without issues arising, but when they did he and his teams worked to resolve them very quickly and to our satisfaction. When things were addressed, you could tell that they took steps to address them completely and properly as apposed to taking short cuts just to get the job done. I would personally highly recommend him and this company.
The owner not only gave me a competitive quote. He was also flexible. He installed 1-inch of foam insulation sheets while putting the new roof-deck boards on and then his crew was efficient. They did a good job with the shingles which made a huge impact on the look of the house. They came back and installed a roof-egress window later on for me and that's been working nicely.
This company is hands down one of the best roofing companies I've dealt with in my 15 years in Real Estate, they have and continue to be there for myself and my clients every time I call on them! The customer service and follow up is outstanding! If you want an honest and reliable roofing company don't go anywhere else! Call them! You won't be disappointed!
A water stain appeared on our ceiling and we called three different companies, including this company. One company said they had no idea and left without making any recommendation. One company wanted us to spend so much money on roof repairs. This company came out, looked at the water stain and suggested that rather than a roof leak it might be from the shower or toilet in the master bedroom. They even went into the attic to assess the roof condition. They also put us in touch with someone who may be able to help us navigate the insurance claim process. They was extremely helpful, went out of his way and offered further assistance. I should add this was all at no charge. I will definitely call this company in the future.
Once again, this company has above my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my second roof installation with them. Particularly, their staff made negotiating with my insurance provider a breeze because to their professionalism and attention to detail. Additionally, my tenant emailed me a fantastic review of their experience. They took great care to protect all the plants and property even though they knew it was a rental. They made an effort to avoid bothering the inhabitants and were consistently on schedule.
This company is honorable and takes pride in their job. They come highly recommended from me.
