Everyone was beyond accommodating, professional, personable, and well-informed.
The testing process was quick and NOT rushed. EACH STEP was reviewed by Carlos prior to and any /all questions answered after. I felt relaxed and I good hands at the HEARSAY site where customers go for services.
Now the promoter, Hear.com was relentless in their pursuit of my business. They were
calling me 2x daily to confirm my appointment, almost to the point of harassment! Tessa was a very friendly easy-going promoter/representative for that company but too many babysitting calls!

Carlos is a great technician when it comes to hearing aids. He always seems to know just exactly what to do to make your hearing clearer. I’d recommend this office of Hear USA any day to anyone. If you’re having a hearing problem don’t wait call their office and get an appointment.

Fantastic visit! The office and staff were extremely professional and assuring with regards to the insurance, warranty, financing and performance. I was very pleased with our meeting with Mr Brockman at Hear.com. He was very thorough with my testing and the result was an improvement in my hearing with the new hearing aids. I am wearing them now and the performance is excellent.
