Lake Pleasant Assisted Living

If I could give Lake Pleasant Assisted Living 10 stars, I would. My elderly Mom was placed in Lake Pleasant after being in another group assisted home for 7 months. The care and compassion at Lake Pleasant are EXCELLENT! From the beginning, the owner, Vanessa, has made sure my Mom’s room had everything my Mom needed to make her feel at home. My Mom enjoys looking outside through the glass French doors in her room, to the patio.

My Mom has always felt uncomfortable “asking for help”. The staff at LP has an anticipatory methodology of stopping to visit and chat with the patients and tending to their needs. Most patients are quiet and the staff provides the social conversations and attention that feed my Mom’s soul. Her dementia has improved, her memory has improved, her BP has improved . She even remembers the staff’s names which was unheard of at the former home. My mom has laughed, and calls me with cute stories of the day’s events and is very vibrant coming out of her shell. . With the assistance of her PT, she enjoys using the putting green. My Mom shares stories of her life with the staff because they are attentive and listen patiently.

My Mom calls her caregiver, her Angel. Such a blessing that I know my Mom’s health and social needs are being met and she can live out her remaining years in joy and peace.

Hands down one is the BEST homes in the west valley. The owner Vanessa is kind, knowledgeable, and takes time to learn each specific need of each resident. The home itself is BEAUTIFUL with upscale features in every part of the house. Amazing care. AMAZING STAFF. Highly recommended.

To say you're in good hands here would be a understatement. The ownership puts residents and staff needs first. The home is spectacular, spacious but homey at the same time. Deciding where to put your loved one is a very personal decision, and this is a decision you would be very proud of!

I entrusted my most precious mother to the staff at Lake Pleasant Assisted Living and all my hopes came true. They cared for her in a so special way, as if she was one of their own. I cannot begin to tell you what that meant to me you will search high and low but you will never find a better place for your loved ones. God bless the ones that do this job.

I endured the painful situation of having to determine which long care facility would be the most comfortable one for my dying partner of 30 years. He was going to be discharged from Del Webb and he was terminal. The first assisted living center was Lake Pleasant. When I arrived to tour, I instantly knew/felt this would be the very finest facility for my loved one. I met with Vanessa Budure, manager and owner along with one of the 4 caregivers. They were elegant and sincere. I went to look at 2 other facilities and that “good-secure” reaction did not occur. My partner was expertly cared for to the last detail which I cannot go into. The kindness and care delivered by Vanessa, Nadia, Mike and Adrianna was exceptional. My partner also received the services of hospice while at Lake Pleasant. Sadly, very sadly, he passed away at Lake Pleasant. Lake Pleasant accommodated me to the very last breath. I am honored to write this recommendation for a facility I never dreamed of ever having to need.
